Used a list from data.com/connect and it came back with a bounce rate of 22%, is there a refund policy on bad email addresses? If so, what are the steps that need to be taken?

There has never been a refund policy for bounced emails. However, you can mark the bounced emails as incorrect, and earn 5 points for each correction. Then you can use those 5 points to buy another contact.
