When entering a new company the drop down boxes where a selection is required do not drop down. How to fix or cure situation please?

Just checked and they are working for me just fine. You may want to logout of the system, shut down your browser, reboot your machine, log back in and try again.
This will fix most browser related issues.
Curious as to which browser you are using? I stopped using Internet Explorer quite some time ago in favor of Firefox and/or Chrome and things have been working just fine for me.

Hi there,
I closed my browser and then reopened and resigned into connect.data.com and situation was cured. There was no need to reboot entire system. To answer your question when at work I use Firefox and when at home Chrome. This issue came up while using Firefox. Thanks for the reply!!!

Glad you got it fixed. You're right, sometimes a mere browser closing and restarting will do the trick. Sometimes it takes more than that and a cold boot gets it done either way.
