I have been trying to add/update contacts' and companies' addresses but data.com's system keeps given me error messages.
I have previously reported issues in which the US Postal Service confirms that the resultant nine-digit zip codes that appear in data.com that allegedly is from one of the best third-party verification services is given wrong or no nine-digit zip codes.
Now when I tried to update contacts/companies with the correct addresses I am getting error messages which prevent me from doing so. This is particularly true in countries which are countries allowable within data.com other than the USA. I have provided many of more than four dozen examples I have been gathering to support.
Today I received the following email;
"Thank you for your email and suggestion regarding your case.
We have addressed your case to to our Engineers so they can
determine if we are able to make a quick update; however, at
this point in time we are unable to make any adjustments
regarding your inquiry. In the meantime, we noted this case as
a known issue and will continue to address this issue to our
Engineers if we begin to notice a trend similar to the one you
