The problem is I already have enough contributions and also have 100% rating, but still I can't get "closer" level. I got my rating three days ago, do I need to wait more to get my tier or do I need to contact support or anyone to get the tier up?

Hey there! thank you for your question and welcome to the corner it is always great to see new people. I think I can answer this question for you.
It does take time to move up in levels, as each contrabution has to be "vetted" as correct data. and I believe that to move to the next tier these have to be "rated" contrabutions.
A rated contrabution =
when someone purchases the contact you contributed within 45 days of the add, AND it does not get deactivated.
Keep it up! you are doing a great job. Stay active on the community board it has great perks and you get to know others using the system.
YOU WILL GET THERE!

@SoleCoin@SoleCoin keep up the great work and you'll get there soon! I just took a look at your account and it looks like you currently have 10 positive-rated data contributions. To be considered positive-rated, a contribution (contact add or major update) must not be changed by another member within the first 45 days of being added on the site. I see that a lot of your activity has taken place over the past few weeks, so it's likely that a lot of those actions will become positive-rated but have not yet hit the 45-day threshold. Thanks for your contributions and let us know if you have any other questions!

@SoleCoin, more positive rated actions result if the contacts added or updated are purchased within 45 days. If contacts added or updated are not purchased within 45 days, they result in fewer positive rated actions. Contacts deactivated or modified by another users within 45 days result in negative rated actions as well as separate point penalties (-5pts, -10pts). Points, Adds, Updates and Rated Actions are all technically different things, though related, only rated actions affect rating.
This chart explains it how it works. It can be found at the link below or in the top right under the MY ACCOUNT drop down menu by clicking your ratings percentage.
