@FreshBulb27, you need to reach out to support.  https://www.data.com/connect/support/   Ask the Experts is a User to User Help Forum that is not monitored by the Support Team.  Only they can address credit card processing issue resolution.  Also, you should be aware that your post will inevitably be edited by the community moderator to redact your name. Privacy & Anonymity are among the primary tenets of Connect.  Tis why users are randomly generated screen names. Users are encouraged to refrain from changing their screen name to anything that can impact anonymity.  P.S. My name is not really Alan Smithee.
