Also, you may not have received points for adding a contact that was already in the database.

Hello @Parasar. As a new member, your contributions are subject to a review which can take a couple weeks. Once you pass the initial probationary period, your points will be issued immediately (though they can still be deducted if you are found to be entering incorrect data)

I just took a look at your account and your balance looks accurate. There have been no administrative changes to your account that would have impacted your points balance. You earn points for contacts that you add or update, but you spend 5 points every time you purchase a contact. It looks like you've purchased about 100 contacts, with many being recently purchased in November 2017. For more information on points please refer to our help portal here.
