I just started at a new company and want to change the email address on my account as I no longer have access to my old email address. How do I change this?

Navigate to:
My Jigsaw>My Account>Account Settings>Email and Password

I tried to change my email and right after I did, it required a new login - however it does not recognize my new email address so now I can't login. HELP!

Try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser then restarting it. That will often do the trick.

If you're in a hurry, you can also try logging in using a different browser. I had the same problem after I changed my email address, but I was able to login without problem using Firefox instead of IE. I didn't want to clear my cookies temp internet files in IE, so this got me through the day.

You will need to confirm the change by clicking the link that is sent to the email address you are changing it TO. You do not need access to the old account, but must confirm the new email address.
