Registered but didn't receive confirmation email

I referred a colleague to Jigsaw, but he is having trouble receiving the confirmation email. 

 

Any idea how he can confirm his account and access Jigsaw?

Hi everyone,

 

We have made some changes to Jigsaw to make it easier for new members to join. With that, the way to re-send your confirmation email has changed a bit. Now, to resend a confirmation email, attempt to make an action on Jigsaw, for example updating a contact. This will provide the button that will allow you to send that email to yourself once more. From there, just click on the button within the email, and you'll be a full-fledged Jigsaw member!

I have tried to send the confirmation email to myself 3 or 4 times now, and am still not receiving anything. I have had my system administrator check our spam mail to see if it got caught there, but it hasn't shown up.

 

Can anyone help?

I have added contacts and keep getting a notification that a confirmation email has been sent to me but I have not received one!

katebush24, I just looked at your account, and it shows that you have now confirmed your email address. Welcome!

 

Finner, I suggest sending yourself another confirmation email. To do that, log on to Jigsaw and attempt to make an action, for example updating a contact. That will give you a pop up that will allow you to resend your email to the email address you used to sign up for Jigsaw. Be sure to check your spam folder, too, as sometimes the emails can be routed there by mistake. Thanks!

I have tried several times to get an activation email sent through using all of the methods suggested in this thread but one has never turned up. I keep getting prompted to 'send an activation email' which I click but nothing comes through. I have even changed my email address associated with my registration to an account of which I have full control over the junk and spam settings but it has not been received here either.

 

Can anyone suggest something else I can try?

I am facing the same problem, have promted the 'send activation email' sevral times and nothing is received
