The email is obviously good, but the location was not available, so it was put in the USA, which of course is wrong. I ended up putting it in the graveyard, but not sure what the correct proceedure would be

MarcL - according to new contact guidelines, this is exactly what you were supposed to do.

Contacts in countries not supported by data.com are not supposed to be added to the database.
