I've had negative ratings for bad info, and received several notificaltions that I have lost royalty contacts, when the contact info has NOT changed. The major items, and in some cases all the info, is identical to what I input. How can I lose royalty when the record hasn't changed? I've reviewed the contact history to verify this. Also, there is no appeal button on the record. Very frustrating ... Can you take a look at dharr@splunk and tell my why I lost the contact?

The contact history shows that this contact was deactivated and then reactivated by the same user on the same day. Could be the user realized that s/he had deactivated it by mistake and then corrected it, or it could be part of a pattern of abuse.
You don't see an appeal button because the change was more than 45 days after your last update - you only see the appeal button when you are subject to penalties.

Just did a quick review of this user's history and it looks like this was an isolated error.

I have a 78% rating and have had some lost royalty contacts with contacts being put into the graveyard - when I KNOW that the email is correct and the person is still at the company (I know because I have actually talked to them).
Seems like one person on here is going through my contacts and having them removed. What can be done about that?

STaTiC919 - I looked at a handful of your updated contacts and do not see a single individual who has been updating a bunch of your records. If you want to shoort me a PM with some examples and the username of the member that you have an issue with, I will be happy to look into it.
