I keep checking my emails, including junk since this morning and I'm haven't received the new account confirmation email yet. Can anybody help with that?

Sometimes the automated activation links can be on a delay, but often we have seen the emails not make it to the users email inbox due to email filters set please. If you haven't already please look at the below instructions to make sure you can receive emails from us. I will also take a look at your account and email you directly with some information.

 

If you have not received an account confirmation email:

  • Please check that the confirmation message (from:registration@jigsaw.rsys3.com) was not routed to your Bulk/Junk Email folder
  • If you find the email in your Bulk/Junk folder, move it to your Inbox
  • If you use a public domain email address (ex. @yahoo, @hotmail, @gmail etc.) you will need to add @jigsaw.com to your address book
  • If you use a corporate domain email address you will need to talk to your IT department and ask @jigsaw.com to be white listed
  • If you use GoDaddy for anti-spam you will need to contact them directly and ask @jigsaw.com to be white listed:

I too have not received a confirmation email. It is not in my Junk email and there are several person where i worl that already use jigsaw so you are not blocked.

I have tried resending the confirmation email again this morning to no avail. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
