I keep checking my emails, including junk since this morning and I'm haven't received the new account confirmation email yet. Can anybody help with that?

Sometimes the automated activation links can be on a delay, but often we have seen the emails not make it to the users email inbox due to email filters set please. If you haven't already please look at the below instructions to make sure you can receive emails from us. I will also take a look at your account and email you directly with some information.

I did all the above, checked my spam box, etc. and still no email. Is there a next step?

I too have not received a confirmation email. It is not in my Junk email and there are several person where i worl that already use jigsaw so you are not blocked.

I have tried resending the confirmation email again this morning to no avail. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
