Eliminating stress is crucial in overall health.
Here are some tips I use:
Say no to people
Get plenty of sleep
Don't worry about things you have no control over
**bleep** problems in the bud instead of dwelling on it.
Stay away from people with stinkin thinkin
Learn to make yourself laugh
Find people who think like you vs trying to make them think like you
eat 6x smaller meals a day vs 3 big meals
Avoid traffic and bad weather if at all possible
