I'm trying something new where instead of stopping at noon trying to see if I take coffee at 2 will it make me work til 5 or 6.

I like to have a cup in the early evening when I get home from work. I don't generally drink much coffee during the day, but I really enjoy my end of the day cup.

I drink a lot of water. In the past month, I adjusted my schedule and started going to sleep at the same time every night and getting up an hour earlier. I drink a about a liter of water every morning when I first wake up, have a little juice as I'm getting moving, then exercise and drink water all day. I'm finding my energy levels are much higher than they've been in a long time.
I try to only drink coffee when I can enjoy a cup and not just chug it for energy, but occasionally I do have to give in and have a cup or two throughout the work day.

I have my caffeine cutoff at 10:30 even if my cup of coffee is 1/2 full. I need to get in my 64 oz of water and if I don't start early enough, I lose! Too much coffee/caffeine and I am awake when I should be sleeping!
